Premium is paid with ISK, in game. There is no real money involved and no card to enter.
It gets you historic sales, which is every recorded sale for any module type, and the "Similar sold" tab on module pages showing comparable rolls that actually sold with their average, lowest and highest price. Between them, that is the difference between guessing a price and knowing one.
It also puts your modules first on collection and character pages, ranks your characters and collections higher in the public lists, and turns your character name gold across the site.
Premium belongs to a character, not an account. Whichever character sends the ISK is the one that gets it.

The premium page always shows the current price.
Paying
Send the ISK in game to the character named on the premium page, which is MutaMate, from the character that should get premium.
The wallet is checked every minute, but EVE's API can sit on new donations for a while, so give it up to an hour. When it lands you get an in-game mail and premium is on immediately.
If you send less than a full month it is not lost. Donations accumulate, and premium starts as soon as the balance covers a month. The mail tells you your balance and what is still missing.
Your remaining time shows in the premium card in the sidebar. You get a mail when it is about to run out, or a Discord message if you have linked Discord.
Patreon is not premium
Supporting the project on Patreon and linking it in settings removes ads. It does not unlock historic sales, similar sold, priority ordering or the gold name. Those are ISK premium only, and they are per character.
